Privacy notice

What this site collects

Nothing that leaves your device. This is a static site. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. No request leaves this domain: the fonts are served from here, not from a font provider.

Who we are

iLocking Informatikai Szolgáltató Kft. ("iLocking"), a limited liability company registered in Hungary. Registered office: 8600 Siófok, Vajda János utca 4., Hungary. Hosting

The site is served from Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront) in a European region. Access logging is switched off, so we do not keep a record of who visited which page. AWS may process technical request data transiently in order to deliver the page, as any network does; it is not retained for us and we cannot query it.

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL acts as our processor under the AWS Data Processing Addendum.

The contact link

The contact page does not transmit anything from this site. Pressing the button opens your own email client with the message prepared. Your data reaches us only when you press send in your email client, and only as an ordinary email.

Your theme and language choice

If you switch the theme (light/dark) or pick a language, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, on your device, so the site remembers it next time. It is never sent anywhere, it identifies nobody, and clearing your browser data removes it. On your first visit the front page may read your browser's language settings — on your device, without transmitting them — to take you to a language you understand; picking a language yourself overrides that guess.

Email we receive

Our mailboxes are hosted on Microsoft 365 in the European Union. We keep correspondence for as long as the enquiry is live, and delete it afterwards — at the latest 12 months after the last message, unless we are required to keep it longer for accounting or legal reasons. We do not add you to any list without asking.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to privacy [at] ilocking.io. We answer within one month.

There is no automated decision-making and no profiling on this site.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority:

Changes

If we change what this site does, we change this notice first. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
